This is what my friend’s nails look like after two weeks from going to this place. She is not rough with her hands. After one week she had to get two acrylic nails fixed because they broke so easily. Now after week two she’s lost her entire set. I am appalled. I am not sure if the acrylic is just weak or the tech didn’t do something right. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I had an appointment and was seated at a bar, shoulder to shoulder and with people on both sides of me. I have no idea what the techs name was who done my full set. I was charged extra for coffin style. This does NOT look like any coffin style I’ve ever had. This is basically just uneven squares. I was also charged extra because I requested acrylic nails with gel polish. I have cuts on several cuticles. None of my nails are the same length. Brush strokes are painfully obvious on every single nail. Several nails are crooked. I’m really disappointed for spending $60 on something I could have done better had I done it myself. I went to trendy with my mom for a girls day and I picked a color that I thought would be bright. Well come to find out it was glow in the dark so I got charged an extra $5 for that and then it was very thin and did not come out the color that was originally on the bottle. She applied several coats but it wasn’t bright. I called after my appointment almost 10 minutes after the appointment and ask if I could come in to get them fixed to get the color in a better shade and they told me that they would charge me an extra $30 to get them fixed when I just spent well over $180 to get them done in the first place. I’m very unsatisfied with the costumer service that I was showed today !
