This is my 2nd time going to Trendy Beauty to get a facial. I got an Acne facial done by Cici. First off, all the products were not in the room where the facial was being done. She was constantly running back and forth from the room to the front of the store to grab products. It was not organized at all. She would also answer her phone in the middle of the facial! Second, she spent her time doing all my extractions. However, it caused me to break out so much. I woke up the next morning with a lot of small whiteheads on my face. My skin looks worse than it did before. I regret getting a facial done here and I will not be returning.

I was recommended by a friend to get a facial by Cindy. I scheduled 2 appointments (my husband and I) and requested to be seen back to back by Cindy. I was told facial is 90 minutes and that everyone that worked there had “20 years of experience and we’re good”, so both of us were scheduled at the same time with different aesthecians. We arrived to our 3pm appointment 15 minutes earlier and We were greeted and taken to our room right away. Great! We’re off to a good start!
