Went in for a blow dry style before a big event. I asked for volume in my hair and once the girl was done drying my hair looked flatter than when I came in. When I asked her what happened she said my hair was too long for volume. Thanks but I’ve been getting blow outs for years and they’ve always looked great for hours. Thought I’d give them another shot for color. Asked for blonde highlights and ended up walking out with red highlights. What kind of trend are you trying to set??? Will not be back to this place!

Very disappointed in my experience here. I was so excited to find a salon in Hendersonville and this one was recommended to me. They apparently do not need my business. Fortunately there are other salons who are more than happy to do my cut and color every 5 weeks.
