Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTook my son for a hair cut. Charley the person that cut my son hair. Completely messed his hair up and refused to fix it. He even stated that it was a done deal and hung up the phone.. He is not a good barber and his professionalism is very poor.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI used Jeff to cut my hair for 2 years, the quality and technique fluctuated. Recently I changed how he typically lines me up. After ignoring my request he took an extra amount off from the area. I didn’t make a comment at the time cause I thought it would be more respectful. I contacted Jeff later and he assured me it would be taken care of by all means. Few days later I called him to set up an appointment and for the first time in years he was too busy to set an appointment up, claiming he had 10 people in front of me I asked to be 11th. Then it changed to having 15 so I asked to be 16th and he brought up the fact that I had changed up my cut as if it was an issue and I didn’t understand what was happening! Then proceeded to state that he didn’t need my respect.
