I’ve been going to this place for years, and one guy completely ruined it for me. The loud barber in the back, that wears collared shirts with the dreads on the right side. He was calling his own peers dumb and screaming during my haircut. I had to tell him to calm down and focus on my haircut. Worst haircut experience I’ve ever received.

What started out as a negative experience on a Friday evening, ended with a positive the following morning. My son’s haircut was horrible but after reaching out to the owner, the wrong was made right despite the fact that he himself is going through a lot. That speaks volume and character. That’s what great customer service looks like. He corrected that haircut so well, my son was happy and we are beyond pleased. If you ever encounter a negative situation, reach out to the owner.
