i went in for a simple money piece and a peekaboo, showed her a video of a girl doing a 360 of her hair. right away i should have known it wasn’t going to be good because she was trying to make me change what i wanted to do.honestly that gave me so much anxiety about this apt already, the stylist next to her had to help her do my hair almost the whole time bc she didn’t know what toners to use, or even where to start really. my roots are platinum, one side is grey, and the other side is brown and orange, and she cut my hair uneven. i also told her that i know how to do my own hair but i wanted to get it professionally done for once and she said “well, then you can fix it at home if it doesn’t look good” and midway through she asked me if i cry when my hair turns out bad, huge red flag . i payed $200 for my hair and shouldn’t have even walked out but i felt bad because this lady just worked on my hair for 4 hours and i didn’t know how to tell her how horrible it looks. she wouldn’t even fully blow dry me before i left and i couldn’t figure out why, bc it’s at least 5 different colors… called today at 10:30 and told them that this needs to be fixed before my prom and she said she would talk to her manger bc they are at the salon. it’s now noon…

I absolutely love trends and love my stylist Stacy. I have fine hair that gets damaged easily and she always takes the best care of me and has heard me since my very first time with her. I will never go to another stylist. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. I had a chance to see their spa rooms and as a massage therapist it is definitely a relaxing environment and could see myself going there and even working there. Highly recommend!!
