Gwen was extremely welcoming and helped me decide what to do with my long, dark hair regarding highlights. She was friendly, warm and really took her time on my hair. I had my eyebrows waxed by Cece and she was amazing! Her work was very good and she was meticulous to wax, trim, and tweeze so that she would get all the hair needed. She discussed the shape and thickness I wanted as well as my normal eyebrow routine with me prior to beginning so that she would do exactly what I wanted. She uses a very gentle hard wax so I felt almost no pain throughout the process. She was also just a great, upbeat person and I had fun conversation with her throughout the wax, making it an all-around enjoyable experience. I very highly recommend her!

I got partial highlights and a hair cut by Lori yesterday. The highlights turned out decent but I was so embarrassed by my haircut that I had to wear a hat all day until I could get an appointment with another hair stylist later that day at another salon. The new stylist showed me how uneven the haircut was and was shocked about the cut in general. I did make Lori aware of my concerns, but she was busy with another client while I was there and she kept saying she can’t really fix it. She told me I could come back for another cut, but I would not let her touch my hair again. Very disappointing experience, which is too bad because I was really looking forward to a local hair salon for my regular highlights and cuts.
