I have gotten my hair cut and colored by Alisha four times now and I couldn’t be happier. She knows exactly what she is doing and I get so many compliments on my hair, even from my husband ( that’s a plus). I have never went back to a salon after getting my hair colored due to never being satisfied or someone frying my hair. I would definitely recommend Alisha and have to all my friends and family.

I’ve been looking for a solid hair dresser for what seems like years, and I could not have been happier that I have found and have had the pleasure of knowing Jesse. He is well educated in the science of hair color and knows exactly what he’s doing. His color technique and professionalism is top notch. If your a fan of Paul Mitchell, he is your guy. He’s been working for them and educating for them for a couple of years now and it shows!! I live in the 5 Cities and will make the drive to SM to see him without a doubt. So happy!

I was very disappointed to find out their employees are very unexperienced. The color left on my hair was so disgusting that I had to go reapply a new color once I got home because it was so embarrassing to be seen in public with it. Out of all the salons in Santa Maria, I was very disappointed with the bad service and especially for an employee that claims to be the best which clearly she was not. I would definitely not recommend this place there are plenty of other salons in Santa Maria that would do far better job than this one.

If only I can give no stars I would. I went in for a consultation as I was considering getting a full haircut and color change. I was so excited thinking that that’ll be my hair in a couple months but that soon all changed due to one racist woman. She had the nerve to tell me in my face that the color choice that I WANTED would only look good on “white girls.” In my opinion I feel like she shouldn’t have said it in a racist way and she should get fired for being so racist against a Mexican because that is what I am.

Driving from out of town (40min) just for the apt. Tried calling 3x to say I was running 5min behind. Not sure if I could still keep my apt. They never answered the phone but I kept driving. I was now 2 minutes away when they answered. Receptionist just got to work, so no one else answers the phone? Either way I could not be seen. Answer your phones. A total of 1hr 1/2 of drive time. Just answer your phone. I would have been fine being told no the 1st time I called.
