Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI’ve been going to this salon for a little over 3 years and it took today for me to realize that every time I book, nail tech is always 30+ minutes late w no warning. First, I booked an appointment and didn’t get the deposit invoice sent to me, then I rescheduled and still didn’t get an invoice. The day before the appointment I DMed them on instagram telling them I have an appt the next day and haven’t received a deposit, no answer. The day of, sat outside for 15 minutes then decided to wait in the car (like they tell you to do via instagram rules) and waited for 30 minutes, no text message telling me to come in or anything. I’ve been going to this salon for a little over 3 years and it took today for me to realize that every time I book, nail tech is always 30+ minutes late w no warning. First, I booked an appointment and didn’t get the deposit invoice sent to me, then I rescheduled and still didn’t get an invoice. Critical: PunctualityNail tech was late 15-20 mins , which i was 100% ok with I get it , But what I didnt appreciate was being rushed towards the end because her other client was waiting outside – the chrome nail polish wasn’t dry and completely rubbed off and my 2 middle nails are not fully polished .

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueJari is so professional, on time, clean and she interact with her clients. I love the small setting and she does a amazing job.
