I was recommend to go here because they did a great job on their hair. I asked for a trim & layers. My hair was passed my butt. Just so you have a idea how long my hair was. The lady showed me standing up how much was going to be cut off. (It was gonna be at my lower waist) I sat down and she started doing layers, well it felt like a lot was being cut but I had long hair for 3 years since I had a hair cut. When she was finished she straightened my hair. I got up to look and it was SHORT! It was no where close to where she showed me it would be! After I left I looked more closely at my hair and it was choppy and cut into a v. I never asked her for a v hair cut, I asked her for a trim and layers with straight bottom. I am very disappointed with this service. I would not recommend to anyone to get a cut here if you have long hair.
