When I came in for my scheduled appointment time with Tasha, she told me to wait and proceeded to do paperwork for several minutes while ignoring her scheduled customer. Only then did she get up and clean her haircutting station. I asked for long layers and got choppy, uneven, and short layers with an overall length shorter than what I asked for.
