I go just for pedicures. Every time I receive excellent service in a clean environment with adequate sanitization of equipment. The nail technicians do a thorough job performing all aspects of the pedicure and not just rushing through to the next person. Always a great experience.

I really want to like this place but the scheduling really needs to change. I have called 4 different times in the last few months to schedule an appointment. I have also walked in 3 other times. Every time they have told me they do not have time. I am totally fine with a wait but they won’t even let me do that. I want to get my nails done here for my wedding in September and figured since I never can get in to call way in advance. When I called last week to do that they said they only need a few days notice. Obviously that is not the case when I have tried to call a week in advance and they always say they can’t. I am so frustrated I’m really to just give up and go somewhere else. Very disappointing.

My nails were almond shape with a white design, my toes just a simple white tip, & shellac on both. I paid a grand total of $130.00 for my two services. I emailed them twice for a more elaborate explanation of my charges since I did not get a receipt & never received a call or email back. Full set states $42+ on the site, basic pedicure is $25 and shellac is $10. I went in for a copy of my receipt and he was not able to give me one. I am always satisfied with my nails but due to their overpricing, I will not be returning. Also, appointment times scheduled never occur on time, you will always wait a long period of time because their scheduling system is a mess. From experience, ask, ask and ASK for exact pricing on everything. When I say all the charges when I went in I was charged $60 for my full set and $18 for shellac including design.
