Tried out this place for the first time & it gained a loyal customer after today. I got a full set no chip I showed a picture and the man Ken did a great job to what I wanted. He took his time making sure every mail was perfect and shaped well. I also got a normal pedicure and got the parafan wax on my feet. Wendy took her time on each toe nail to cut and shape and did an amazing job on the massage on my legs and feet. Very humble people & very attentive to there customers. Very great service i definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you for a great service.

After I chose the no-chip color I wanted, the nail tech asked if I wanted to try dip powder instead. I asked if it was the same/going to look the same as no-chip and she said yes and that it lasts longer, so I agreed to try it. About halfway into my nails I realized this color looked nothing like what I chose. It was 6-7 shades darker. When I mentioned this, she told me she wasn’t finished and that it wouldn’t look this way by the end. Of course, it did and when I said this isn’t the color I asked for she told me sometimes the dip powder doesn’t look the same. Would’ve been nice to know that when I specifically asked if it would look the same (and she said yes). When I said I would’ve stuck with the no-chip polish if I had known it wasn’t going to look like the same color, she just said “Well next time just don’t do dip then.” Not to mention she filed so aggressively close to the skin on several nails, it’s still burning the day after. Was hoping for a nice, relaxing nail experience but unfortunately received the exact opposite – the pain from the filing and drilling on my nails, on top of it being a completely different shade than the color I chose was an upsetting waste of my money.

Today was my first time here and it’s so pretty and clean here. They’re really nice but I’m just not happy with my nails. My French toes came out so cute but my hands didn’t ☹️ I got acrylic on my hands but they’re lumpy and the jewels on my left hand are all sloppy. I’m just really not happy with my left hand.

A friend and I went in both for mani/pedi services. I got a full set manicure and she got a gel manicure. Our pedicures were great and completely pain free. While Ken did an overall good job with my full set, he was not very gentle. The first few nails he trimmed were a little too short and hurt. The skin at the base of all my nails are inflamed and cut up from the way he filed, to the point where a light graze or even lukewarm water results in a burning searing pain. He also didn’t understand my color scheme request, so it’s inverted from what I wanted (black base with orange accent). I’d already asked a lot of questions to the owner and him and felt bad bringing up something else, so I didn’t entirely mind the colors being wrong. It’s a pretty orange anyway.

This is the second time I have came here. I read the reviews before I came the first time. Was so satisfied with the service both times. Everyone does a wonderful job. I love my nails. They last for a while. Everyone is polite & professional. Darlene did my nails today. She’s such a sweetheart & enjoyed laughing with her today. I highly recommend this nail salon. I will definitely be coming back & enjoy being pampered. Love the service & everyone working there!

This was my first time going to this place and I went with my boyfriend who got a pedicure, and he is very picky with his pedicures, he said this was the best and most thorough pedicure! they did a foot mask on him as well.
