Critical: ProfessionalismI arrived at the location Saturday morning at 9:50am. There were two technicians and they were both working with customers. The gentleman asked me what I need (I replied, pedicure) and to pick my color. There were two white ladies that came in after me and he repeated the routine. The two ladies were escorted to the chairs for pedicures, while I continued to wait at the front seating area. Shortly afterwards, I was then moved to the chair. After the two technicians finished with their customers, they proceed to work with the two ladies who had clearly arrived after me, while I continued to wait. After over an hour at 10:58am, I decided to leave to establishment and go someplace else. Needless to say, I was at the shop over an hour and only say in the chair with bubbling water. I arrived at the location Saturday morning at 9:50am. There were two technicians and they were both working with customers. The gentleman asked me what I need (I replied, pedicure) and to pick my color. There were two white ladies that came in after me and he repeated the routine. The two ladies were escorted to the chairs for pedicures, while I continued to wait at the front seating area. Shortly afterwards, I was then moved to the chair. After the two technicians finished with their customers, they proceed to work with the two ladies who had clearly arrived after me, while I continued to wait. After over an hour at 10:58am, I decided to leave to establishment and go someplace else. Needless to say, I was at the shop over an hour and only say in the chair with bubbling water. I would not recommend this establishment for spa services. I was extremely disappointed.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis place is VERY a clean which is the main appeal. We waited for close to two hours – there were three people in front of us and limited technicians. The lady that did my husbands pedicure was very nice and did mine last time, she does a good job. The lady I got this time rushed me, didn’t rub, kept getting up and leaving, was on her phone the whole time and didn’t even do a top coat. It was basically like “you waited two hours now here’s 15 min and get out” we’re going back to Kim’s and not going back here, we’ll drive the extra time to getting treated courteously.Service: PedicureThis place is VERY a clean which is the main appeal. This place is VERY a clean which is the main appeal. We waited for close to two hours – there were three people in front of us and limited technicians. The lady that did my husbands pedicure was very nice and did mine last time, she does a good job. The lady I got this time rushed me, didn’t rub, kept getting up and leaving, was on her phone the whole time and didn’t even do a top coat. My nails were done Tuesday and re done Thursday because over half chipped and cracked. Then when I told him on Friday the rest were FALLING off. He screamed and insulted me. Refused refund or fixing. Now he is replying to my review asking if he should work free… no, but he should stand by his work, his people and I shouldn’t be out SITXY DOLLARS for nails that didn’t last 2 days!!!!! I have photos Time stamped.I came in with dipped nails. They had to soak them off. I was charged extra for this. Then I did have them redo my nails about half way in Bc the lady asked me to do a color- and not pink/white Bc my beds were bruised. I don’t like color on my nails … When the pink was on and against my skin I said I’m so sorry will you please just do French dip. She did. I was NEVER EVER EVER rude, or mean. I was apologizing profusely. It was my birthday and I was having a hard day already so to be treated so meanly by DAT really stunk. I tried to resolve in a nice way, I never raised my voice YET HE SCREAMED at me blocked me on Facebook AND hung up the phone with me. What kind of business OWNER does that!?He continues to show his rudeness in every negative review. Instead of being mature, and responsible business owner. Critical: Quality, ValueI already had acrylics on and told them I needed them soaked off but instead of doing that, they tore them off which caused my finger nail to tear and start bleeding. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueGreat disinfecting routine (you wash your hands and/or sanitize before selecting your polish and have to wear a mask), awesome selection of colors, beautiful shop, average artwork at this location. Ladies at Essence are better with artwork. Highly recommend.Services: Pedicure, Manicure, Nail art
