Update: I went here before with 25″ inches of hair in length and Holly told me about hair products that would work and not work for me because of the amount of hair I have. But recently 2 years ago when I went again, she’s been rude. She only cuts family hair first or other ethnicity and you must make an appointment to see her even when she’s doing nothing even when she said she takes in walk-in. I’m just glad that when Covid 19 strikes, these businesses suffer because they didn’t care about customer when they were drinking and eating at the front desk and only working on one person’s hair and that person is getting a hair treatment/dye for 2-3 hours, she could had cut someone’s hair during the time. She could had said she’s busy or on break, which is understandable, but she didn’t say any of that and ask us to do an appointment. Lady, you seen us before but you choose not remember any of your customer. That’s on you. Bye.
