Provided a picture from my last hair coloring done in the Cities (colorist’s first time coloring my hair) for reference. My hair coloring at Trendsetters resulted in bright yellow and orange hair. Annette knew it missed the mark and toned it down immediately. Told me she would further tone if I wanted. Tried living with it but got tired of wearing baseball hats. Annette then told me she was too busy and had no availability!?!?! Had to have another stylist correct the color. Still a work in process but thank heavens for another salon stepping up to help correct the color.
