I cannot recommend Mary highly enough. Incredible expertise and a friendly personality that makes it very very easy to relax. I went in with serious shoulder and neck tension from an old injury and walked out pain free for the first time in many months. I booked my next session on the spot. And if you really want to knock out some tough muscle pain and you have the $— book an Accu followed by a short massage. My shoulder has never been so loose. I have a bad back and I have had surgeries that left major scar tissue from my military career. She was able to break up scar tissue leaving it smooth.
