I’m very happy to have been recommended to this place. From the start I’ve been working with Shannon and she has been nothing short of wonderful. From the beginning, I was most impressed with her ability to find and maintain a completely even pressure throughout the entire massage and then replicate it the next. Seems apparent she’s very good at her craft. Would definitely recommend.

I went in specifically for lower back pain and upper middle tension between shoulder blades. she started off working on top of my shoulder blades and I specifically said don’t do that on my left side, the right side was fine to receive that attention but I had to remind her again (before she started to do it) not to do that to my left side because of a displaced rib injury from last year. There was very little focus on the area between my shoulder blades which I had pointed out to her before the appointment and none at all on my lower back. A lot of focus was on my shoulders which I didn’t have any issues with beforehand. She found a knot which she really worked on that I didn’t even know I had and now my shoulders are super sore which I know can come with having a massage. I didn’t mind at the time that she was working on my shoulders because I expected the areas I asked of to be worked on as well. Just a bit of a nuisance since there was no attention to my problem areas and now I have another ache. Just a little disappointed with the disregard to treat the areas I specifically came in for.
