I honestly don’t like to leave bad reviews but it’s also unfair to the people who may read this before going. It is very expensive for the nail work they do. Customer service is so bad, they are always in a bad mood. When they tell you the final price they don’t detail it on the bill because they charge you much more than the price they give you at the beginning. My nail broke a day after I went and they left my toenails long on purpose. Honestly not a good place to go! The place is nice but the people who serve it do not know about good customer service and integrity

Nasty service. I am very unhappy with my pedicure service. I did not want anything done to my nails but I asked for a massage instead for the duration of everything. However, the woman was very rude and nothing was done but painted my nails. I had asked for the same service at other establishments from LA to Irvine , and Costa Mesa California and no one had refused it, but two in this place the pedicure person and both she and her boss were negative and just planned rude . Never have I ever received such service before. I Never will be back again.

It was a bit overpriced compare to the service I got and I assume its because of the location (in the heart of upper manhattan). I got powder deep on the extension tip, and one of my nail broke even before two weeks.. I had to go to them again to get it fixed, but my the other two nails broke again next day.. I ended up removing it in different nail salon. They were kind about fixing it again for me at the first time, but it would be better if its strong enough to hold at least two weeks..

First time at Doraville location and will not not be returning. Paid for a Mani and Pedi for services not rendered. My mani was terrible, my nail bed was not cleaned and my nails were uneven. Same for my Pedi and she didn’t even polish the whole toe nail. Yet, she waited by the cashier as I paid the bill, looking for a tip. As started to complain but decided against because I do not have to return. I had to go home and properly do my mani and Pedi. They do not deserve any stars.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went in today to get a pedicure after I had just left my massage appointment at Treat Your Feet. I was in a good mood and very relaxed. Everything started off fine until my provider accidentally poked me with the cuticle nippers. I let the first mistake go, but then she cut my toe with the filing drill. I got acrylic on one of my big toe nails and it looks nothing like my natural toe nail. When I brought it to her attention she tried to convince me that it matched and then laughed about it. By then I was beyond mad, but was trying not to cause a scene in front of all the other clients. My nail shape was supposed to be square, but the big toe with no acrylic on was filed at an obvious slant. I was tired of having to correct her so I filed it when I got home. She completely rushed through my pedicure and I picked the most expensive one they have with gel polish. She lightly rubbed my feet with the pumice stone, which means there wasn’t even enough pressure to get any dead skin off. Today’s visit was a complete waste of money for me. I went for a massage and pedicure to destress. The massage next door was great, but my pedicure left me more stressed out than I was before my massage appointment. Undid my whole massage for me so I basically wasted $90 next door for my massage and a whole $75 to be tortured during my pedicure. Today was supposed to be a self care day for me and the pedicure ruined the entire day. This is the first time I’ve experienced this at this salon and I’ve been a few times before, but it was enough to make me not want to come back.Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Gel manicuresI went in today to get a pedicure after I had just left my massage appointment at Treat Your Feet. Holly is the best. She does an amazing pedicure and massage. Sometimes I’ve had massages that are too quick and hardly much effort given, but Holly is consistent every single time and ! Love this place!
