Visiting from Los Angeles, and my daughter and I was so happy to find this place. The aesthetics is beautiful and clean and calming.Everyone was kind and professional. Sarah did a wonderful job! The products that they used were wonderful, they even used Kiehls lotion! It was the first time that I got gels on my hand and feet. We loved it! We kept telling them that we wanted them to open a place in LA. We can only dream! ❤️ We will back!

11 days into my “no chip” manicure and it’s still looking fantastic, despite international travel and playing on a beach and in the ocean for a week. I also went in with a torn (and very painful) cuticle and I was worried the manicure would hurt but it honestly didn’t hurt AT ALL even though they still trimmed around it, and had to remove gel polish that I had from a previous manicure. It was also quiet and relaxing. 10/10 this place is fantastic.

The environment was very clean and my appointment was on time, this was my first visit after not visiting for awhile.I decided to visit again to see if my suspicions were accurate. Has an African American I never use the race card or try to bring my race in a situation, however the nail technician hardly wanted to touch my skin, was not welcoming, had no conversation the entire time while providing my pedicure. The treatment and service for me was completely different, as I observed the treatment and service provided to other customers.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy sister who frequents this salon purchased a gift certificate for a manicure for me. It expired before I could use it. I called and asked if they would still accept it and was told they would do so by the person making the appointments. She even asked me the expiration date. On day of appt. I drove 30 minutes to the appointment and was told by the president (that was on his name tag) that he would not accept the gift certificate. I explained what happened and that I would not have driven 30 min if it wasn’t going to be accepted and he just ushered me to the door literally. The salon was empty. When I booked they told me the day was wide open. It was not like he was going to make more money by not honoring the gift certificate. Regardless, I can’t imagine why he would not honor it given I was told by his staff that would be honored. They are very accommodating, very professional and yet very consistent in everyway. Cost is great too. Even in pandemic, the store is still doing well, they have proper protocols for us customer to be safe. Thank you Treat Nail! I highly recommend!
