Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent for my bday on a Friday morning the one girl that did eyebrows was nice but they had to call in someone to help bc there was only two people there when the other lady finally got there she was rude and very rough with my feet unfriendly and did pedicure the worst and most uncomfortable I’ve ever had. For the price this place is a waste of money when you can go down the street and be treated like gold. Went for my bday on a Friday morning the one girl that did eyebrows was nice but they had to call in someone to help bc there was only two people there when the other lady finally got there she was rude and very rough with my feet unfriendly and did pedicure the worst and most uncomfortable I’ve ever had. Yeah, they look nice. Not coated in some places. Long story short, she cut my thumb, and it bleed pretty bad. She apologized and put so medicine on it. It was only after she cut me that she offered me a drink. I had asked her many times to be gentle while filing (they hand file) because it was that rough, honestly I was closing my eye in pain. This is honestly the first time I didn’t tip someone for services. I paid and left with a wounded thumb.

My daughter and I have been coming to this nail salon for months now ( after going to multiple nail salons prior to this one trying to find the right one for us). The experience has always been wonderful. These ladies do such a great job with our nails and the service has always been great. I even brought my mom to the salon with us when she was visiting from out of town and she commented on what a wonderful job these ladies had done with her nails and how kind and friendly they were. We have never been disappointed in the quality of the work that they do nor our overall experience with these ladies. Keep up the good work!

She has an amazing level of skill and talent that I have yet to find at any other salon in the area. Just leaving this Spa and I’m already posting because my experience was THAT great! My husband and I went to eat across the street and planned to stop by after. Our food took forever so when we called and we realized they were closing at that very minute they encouraged us to go ahead and come in. I was nervous, because I hate being THAT customer that comes in at closing time, but oh my goodness…I was so relaxed through my mani/pedi I could fall asleep. I am VERY picky about my pedicures. They even squeezed in my husband for a quick mani. It was his first time and he was a little nervous lol but they made him feel as ease. The staff was so sweet! Offered ya drinks right away and did not make us feel like a burden at all for coming in at the last minute. We will be coming back 100%. Ive been driving back and forth to Sugarland since we’ve moved into our house a year ago because I’ve tried places in Cypress, but I didn’t like anyone enough to stop going to my old spot. This is definitely a hidden gem. ✨ Thank you again! Cant wait to come in again.

1st I almost never give reviews. Our family went to this nail salon and they were so rude and our 19 year old didn’t like her nails because they were all different shapes and sizes. all she asked was to have them rebuffed them. so instead of just taking 5 minutes to fix it the women yelled at her. That’s all I have to say! There’s a nail salon on every corner so our family will NEVER GO BACK. There’s a reason no one goes here and its always empty. Worst nail salon in cypress. Not to mention all of their tools have been previously used on other guests and NOT cleaned. Dont go here unless you want terribly shaped nails and infections. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Critical: Punctualityi made an appointment for 5 pm and drove all the way to this salon. i made it at 4:55 just to be greeted by a “we are closed sign” obviously i was aggravated because i had just wasted gas. don’t tell me you can do my nails if you will just close your doors when i get there.
