Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in to see Amanda for eyelash extension services and was honestly BLOWN AWAY. Where do I start ? Okay so the ambiance…. It was giving strong vacation vibes! Smooth sounds in replace of the generic music we hear replayed on the radio over & over again! A calmness in every staff member that made me feel warm, welcomed and appreciated for being a paying customer.Now let’s get into my lash tech (Amanda) ‍♀️ Y’all….. she is the most patient, gentle, compassionate & understanding lash tech I’ve ever been to. I had never received the individual lashes (I usually do the clusters or strips) & time FLEW with her ! She understood my phobia of having someone come so close to my eyes, she exuded an exceptional amount of patients and understanding regarding my eyes CONSTANTLY watering & my distrust surrounding the application of the lashes. Amanda was calm, friendly & respectful. I would recommend ANYONE having this service for the first time to go see her. I went in to see Amanda for eyelash extension services and was honestly BLOWN AWAY. Where do I start ? Okay so the ambiance…. It was giving strong vacation vibes! Smooth sounds in replace of the generic music we hear replayed on the radio over & over again! A calmness in every staff member that made me feel warm, welcomed and appreciated for being a paying customer.

Critical: ValueI really love going to this nail salon but I recently went here and got the worst manicure I have ever gotten. I asked for dip/acrylic nails, chose the color, and started getting them done until I noticed that the acrylics were placed and glued very far away from my cuticles. I just got them done, and they already look like I have had them on for 5 days now. I have attached pictures of what they looked like shortly after getting them done. After leaving the salon, I decided to call and let them know about my concern with the appearance of my nails (I did not fully process what they looked like as the service was being provided). I was told that the acrylics were placed far up because my cuticles were overgrown, but I am still confused as to why they did not just cut my cuticles and then place the acrylics on in that case. I really love going to this nail salon but I recently went here and got the worst manicure I have ever gotten. I asked for dip/acrylic nails, chose the color, and started getting them done until I noticed that the acrylics were placed and glued very far away from my cuticles. Not the least expensive nail salon in the area, but I believe that the employees are paid fairly and the shop is run ethically. Make an appointment, your hands and feet will thank you for it! Heidi and her team do a great job. Their work is very neat and manicures usually last 2 weeks with very little chipping. Not the least expensive nail salon in the area, but I believe that the employees are paid fairly and the shop is run ethically. Make an appointment, your hands and feet will thank you for it! And if you want to make it a habit, get a membership!
