Horrible customer service. Called for an appointment and the person who answered grunted and said “oh boy” when I told her what I needed. As though I was on her nerves for wanting to spend my money there. She then proceeded to dump on me all the reasons she had no time for me. She had to set up for some event…blah blah blah.. Lady either you can take me and do my hair or not. If not say so…don’t make it seem like you’re aggravated from answering the phone. I was looking to patronize your business.
