I love this place so much. The only place in Florida that has private sauna/cold plunge in one room, plus float tanks. Super clean and quite, except for occasional loud customers. Rates are very reasonable. I used to be a regular customer until I had to move closer to Miami. I wish there were similar spas in south Florida.

Floating wasn’t for me, but I would recommend that everyone gives it a try, and this is the place to do it! The owner is amazing and understands everything that she hosts, the best thing in my opinion is she also does not try to oversell you or judge you if it isn’t your thing, we will be back for the other treatments!!

Bought a Float for my husband to try at Xmas. He really enjoyed it. My concern was how do they clean the pods between clients but they showed him how. His shoulder felt the best it had in some time with the sheer relaxation of body not touching anything and feeling no tension. Staff are polite and friendly and they showed him thoroughly how it all works. Now he’s going every other week or so. Def give it a try.

Husband and I bought packages to experience all the therapies. All good, calming and restorative. My only feedback is the front desk is really close to the Vibroacoustic bed and infrared sauna. You can hear everything and conversations are distracting from relaxation time. Maybe having a sign like massage places do that says, “shhhh, relaxation in progress” or something to that effect would help.

We scheduled over the phone, and Choki was very helpful with explaining the logistics and everything the studio had to offer. We also had called outside of business hours on one occasion, and Choki was prompt in responding to our messages. We also made a mistake with scheduling and they were very understanding and patient with us and worked with us to make the experience the best it could be.We drove up from Miami to go there for the sauna and float tank (which was nice back to back). The sauna was of high quality and we were provided with robes and towels. The float tank and its room were well-kept, and we were able to shower before and after. Ilene was very helpful and patient with us and added to the overall experience. The studio was very clean and calming and had nice interior design, adding to the overall experience. Ilene was very professional and kind, and it was clear that they take pride in their studio and in the services they provide. My friend and I had a great experience, it was a great birthday gift, and I would recommend this studio without hesitation to anyone interested in this type of experience. Had an amazing experience in the sensory deprivation tank! Would highly recommend to anyone. I was in pure bliss when I first got in, laughing uncontrollably. My mind wandered minimally but I was able to succumb my body to the 1000lbs of salt holding me up, and relaxing was effortless. My boyfriends usual aches and pains were gone when he got out, and his sore throat felt better. I feel this is beneficial for a variety of ailments!

Haven’t floated yet, but toured the place!! Great location, very nice setup, awesome equipment, Alla at the front desk is AWESOME. You definitely must come on down, check it out and go for a float!! I can’t wait to get in the tank AND the sauna.
