My peaceful office oasis is tucked in central Lago Vista, TX in front of the library and city hall. The moment you enter, you know you will be experiencing a deeply healing transformation. I incorporate many different healing modalities in each session, regardless of the therapy choice. People’s bodies talk to me and I intuitively customize each session to address the most pressing issues. This is not Massage Envy!! I am constantly learning and incorporating what I learn in each session. My clients love to tell me that my sessions are unlike anything they’ve ever had before. Massage Therapist
Cranio-Sacral Therapy
CST was developed by John Upledger in the 1950’s and focuses on removing obstacles for the movement of our cerebral-spinal fluid, which brings nutrients to the brain & spine and takes toxins away. These techniques are very gentle with no more than 5 grams of pressure (the weight of a nickle) and include holds along the spine & head. Not only will you feel fabulous afterwards, but you will know that critical operations in your body are now working more effectively, creating greater health.		$75.00
Eden Energy Medicine
I’m a Certified Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, incorporating techniques developed by Donna Eden to clear your energy pathways to live a healthier, more integrated life. Think acupuncture without needles, with most of the focus on Chinese Meridians. Her protocols include working with chakras, auras, and several other energy fields. Not only will you receive a session that makes you feel better than you have in a long time, but you will learn techniques to do at home, so that you continue your healing process.		$100.00
Emotional Freedom Technique – EFT
Also known as tapping. Learn this easy technique to rewire the brain and have more control over your reactions. I will teach you how to do this on your own, as we go through a session, addressing old emotional patterns that you want to shift. We get stuck in old belief systems that no longer serve us. EFT is a quick, efficient way to train the brain to automatically go towards healthier thoughts and behaviors. What used to take years of psychotherapy, can take a few sessions to shift and clear.		$75.00
Equine Therapy
I studied Equinology with Debra Patillo, who developed a very specific routine to thoroughly massage the entire horse. The session will last between an hour to 90 minutes. I prefer to have the owner or trainer present to aid in working with the horse if needed. This will definitely bring a spring to their step!		$100.00
Massage
I incorporate many different healing modalities in each customized massage. Since I work thoroughly on the body, I prefer a minimum of 90 minutes, esp with the first session. My goal is a deeply therapeutic experience, so that you feel better than you have in decades. I incorporate DoTerra essential oils, hot stones & towels, gua sha, healing music and aromatherapy to create a deeply healing session.		$100.00
Reiki
Reiki sessions can be done in person or as distant healings. Sessions can be 30 minutes ($35) or 60 minutes ($75). The client is fully clothed during the session.		$75.00
Sound Therapy
I have learned from Eileen McCusick and her techniques working with tuning forks. She has developed a fascinating mapping of our biofields and how to clear old traumas, not only in this life, but from our ancestors. This deceptively simple, relaxing process creates huge shifts in our ability to cope with stress, as our central core strengthens. I couple this with my knowledge of Chinese meridians to create long lasting changes in a system that we can’t see, but utilize daily. 60 minute session.		$75.00
The Diana Healing Experience (2.5 Hours)
This is the ultimate healing experience integrating many different therapeutic modalities. The main focus is working with Chinese meridians, clearing the pathways (think acupuncture without needles). You will experience the extraordinary relaxation of Still Point – a cranio-sacral technique that gets your cerebral spinal fluid moving more smoothly and efficiently. This is important, bc the fluid carries nutrients to your spine & brain and takes toxins away. It is also an amazingly profound experience. You will be massaged to get knots out and better blood flow. After this, you will feel like a new person and have a deeper sense of well-bein, feeling centered & grounded.
