Critical: CommunicationThe door is always locked during “open hours”, nobody ever answers the phone or returns calls if you leave a voicemail, etc. “Open hours” listed on fb, google, their recorded answering machine, and the front door itself are all different.

Positive: ProfessionalismI went in for botox and it was a wonderful experience. I’ve been to other places that offer the same service and I was not listened to what I truly wanted for the price point. This was not the case at Transformations. Liza listened to exactly what I wanted, explained to me what she could do and couldn’t do due to risk factors. She walked me through the entire process. I loved the clear communication! She was clear about pricing as well. As far as botox goes I recommend going to this facility 100%. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityDon’t bother showing up for what they say is open hours for walkins they are not taking new patients right now. Might want to change your machine to only talk to current patients. Thanks for wasting my gas.
