I started on jan 17th 2018 weighed almost 350lbs. Ive lost just over 100lbs and its aug 10th 2018. I get the pills and the hcg shots. I watch what i eat, no sugar….with the shots im restricted to like 1200 calories. And i exercise nearly everday even before my 12 hr shift at work. I put in the work and im still seeing results. The pills really do suppress my appetite which was my biggest problem. Anyone who says it doesn’t work for bigger people isnt doing their part. They aren’t magic pills but they do help. Its expensive at least to me but i used to spend over 200$ a wk buying groceries and cheesecake then eating most of it before the next wk started. Now im happy buying the birdseye vegetables and broccoli lots of broccoli!!! So its all worth it to me.

Does not work on people 225lbs or more. And when it stopped working for me they got mean with me like it was my fault. I’ve been seeing a personal trainer and have been getting better results from that and 5 star nutrition.
