I have been coming here for about 5 years b/c I followed my hair stylist, Michelle, who does a great job on my hair. However, the reason for the 3-star is when going in, there is absolutlely no warning in regards to price increases. This has been done to me 3 times and I am a budgeter. It would have been nice to have a “heads up” that prices were going to increase. Also, I have extremely short hair and was not happy with no warning of any of these increases. Michelle does an excellent job on my hair and brows, but the fact that we receive a message to confirm our appts and nothing in regards that there was going to be an 8-10% price increase (the most recent) was not communicated, I find this to be poor planning in regards to customer care. I realize things will increase, but when you have your appts scheduled and budgeted in advance, with the reminder message to confirm, there could have been a note saying that prices were going to increase and at approximately what percentage. Common courtesy for the customer in regards to this. FYI – a total increase has been 40% in the last 5 years to get my hair done here. Please consider making your clients aware in the future with increases. I believe it would benefit all parties.

Got a shellac manicure today but wasn’t super happy with finished product. The color is great and the nail tech was very nice but the manicure is subpar. I have bumps on my index finger, the color didn’t seem to be mixed properly, and my ring finger has a line across the top. The nails aren’t capped either but as long as they last and don’t chip – I don’t care about that. Definitely not worth $36.

I went for a touch of blond roots. My hair turned purple. I was sent home with wet hair, stylist couldn’t be bothered to finish drying it. I washed it 4 times with clarifying shampoo. When I finally dried and styled it I realized that the cut is very uneven. One side is more than an inch longer than the other. This was a terrible experience and the stylist Jen left me at the sink for 45 minutes while she took other client. Then sent me out with damp purple u even hair.
