First timer and I can say this place is a hidden gem! Surprised my fiancé with a Full spa day with lunch for her birthday and she had an amazing time and experience. She said everyone was very friendly, patient, timely and polite. The staff did an amazing job making the process for me to book such a wonderful surprise birthday gift. I’m giving a four star review because with the full spa package a pedicure is included. The pedicure was amazing but the polish job was terrible! To be honest. There’s polish all over the cuticle’s, it’s not clean and it is not smooth at all. Very disappointing because I had higher expectations with it being a spa. You want that overall nice job done and not a polish job that you can go and get done at your average local nail shop. Those little details matter. Overall will return just not for any nail services. Thank you so much ladies!

I took my friend to transformations Salon to get her hair detangled, as a big knot was forming from putting her hair up and her not properly maintaining it. She received treatment from a woman named Leah. I was not with my friend at the time of her appointment. My friend later told me that LEAH, was very unprofessional at her job, asked her how old she was, why would someone let their hair get like this, as well as saying I’m not you’re best friend I’m here to do you’re hair ??!?!?! That’s so completely unprofessional especially since Leah charges 75 an hour . On top of chopping my friends hair completely off. She not only charged an hourly rate she also charged her for a haircut which was 43 dollars !!! Needless to say I will never recommend transformations to anyone and Leah should not be doing hair at all!!! Pictures to come!!

I was in the salon yesterday around 300 pm. An upset little girl maybe 15 y.o. (acting like a 6 y.o ) was crying very upset about her hair, mind you her hair was done from a different salon. Her stylist tried to console her and told her grandmother what it would cost. The situation escalated and the manager, Kristi, very professionally handed it. I have to say thank you for handling that

This place is amazing!! Lovely staff! Seriously so friendly and they have their s**t TOGETHER! I went there to get my hair fixed and I am 100% pleased with my experience and my cut! I am pretty difficult to please when it comes to my hair, these ladies will work with you and ACTUALLY listen! They deserve all the business they get!!

I had been there once as I was looking for a salon to call my own. My first experience was wonderful so I made a second appointment for 3 months out. I showed up 15 minutes early checked in at the desk and sat there for 45 minutes. No acknowledgement by staff that I was still sitting there. The boss or owner out chit chatting with stylists and clients while I was sitting there ignored. At least 5 clients were taken back. I went to the desk told them I had a 530 appointment it was 600 I was leaving. They said wait we will take care of you. Turns out the stylist is no longer there and they send me a confirmation text that morning and checked me in and let me sit. The manager basically said it was my fault for not returning their confirmation calls and it was a glitch. I could reschedule for half off. I said no thank you and left.that is appalling customer service. So if you are not already an established client do not waste your time. Terrible. Unprofessional.
