It was her that showed me what quality nails and service really is. Not only is the shop beautiful but her care for the cleanliness and sanitation is top of the charts, She has 100% maintained a safe environment during this entire covid 19 pandemic and still maintained a fun and lively environment. Aubrey and her staff are A+ at all times whether u have a cancellation or a broken nail or just want a little me time with a polish change she makes it work!! I can not say enough about this business. I have been a client of Aubrey’s for just over 10 years. It was her that showed me what quality nails and service really is. So I had an appointment with a lovely gal who cut my hair and she was awesome! She gave me exactly what I asked for and was very pleasant. But then…..my manicure. If you even want to call it that because it was definately a polish change that was absolutely awful! She barely pushed my cuticles back, then told me my nails were short, and quickly polished my nails with 2 coats. This is the best part….she then put sugar scrub in my hand and told me to go wash my hands. I’m thinking “oh this different…maybe she’ll do cuticle care and a quick hand massage after? Because I cannot possibly be done” so I finish washing my hands and I notice that she is by the register. I was totally confused. So she didn’t even have the decency to tell me I was done..which I thought was rude. I don’t remember the exact price was either 30 or 35…but I wouldn’t even feel comfortable paying 20 for the job she did. I found that the really nice lady with dreads next to me was pleasant but her sister…not so much. I would give this review a 1 but the girl who cut my hair was awesome! Be careful who does your services it makes all the difference!

It was a cold day in November and I was desperate to start feeling better about myself for an upcoming wedding I had. I was warmly greeted by the most beautiful girl, loved her hair, Suzie I think her name was. Well she gave me the nicest set of nails I’ve ever had! Then I moved over yo the salon chair where I was treated to a warm shampoo and scalp massage, then a trim and color. It turned out beautifully! After that it was to the back room with Gary, no that wasn’t it, Aubrey…that’s it. She stated she would take care of my eyebrows, I just found it professional she didn’t say my “eyebrow” or “caterpillars” which had taken over my face….She was a delight and when she was done I had new hair, nails and shaped eyebrows. Most of all though, I was treated like family 😉 So even though they don’t do pedicures, fish or no fish, they do amazing work and take pride in what they do. They’ll make you feel like you’ve known them forever!
