I had an amazing experience with Jessica. I’ve never tried Myofascial release before and was open to something new. We focused on my anxiety and whatever she did…I’m literally just blown away. It’s been a few days since I saw her and I’m waiting for my anxiety to creep back in (I get panic attacks regularly) and nothings happening. I feel enlightened and the most relaxed I’ve felt in years. This is going to be something I do more regularly and I highly recommend anyone who is overly stressed, tense or anxious in general to try this route! You won’t be disappointed!

Without hesitation, I recommend Transform Myofascial Release (TMR) to anyone in pain and suffering mobility issues. Five weeks ago, I had trouble standing and could not walk 50 yards without stopping due to back issues. I had no energy, and I was miserable. My doctor gave me steroid injections and I started physical therapy. A golf friend of my wife’s recommended Jessica and TMR. My first appointment/assessment was four weeks ago, and I continued for a total of 6 sessions. Today, I walked comfortably, with small backpack, for two miles (1/2-mile walk, 5-minute rest x 4) and I have zero pain when standing. Jessica’s combination of hands-on techniques, expert exercise advice, and counseling accelerated the accomplishment of my goals. I am a witness to Jessica’s skills and TMR’s results and an otherwise healthy 69-year-old. Best of luck, Larry B.
