Carmen has the kindest energy! You feel it from the moment she welcomes you at the door. The massage room is tranquil and beautifully decorated, making you feel safe and cozy! And Carmen has amazing hands! Those hands! They bring relaxation to areas of tension, grounding and deep pressure to your joints, and intentional therapeutic work to problem areas. And then there are the extra “little things” like a warm weighted blanket, an eye pillow, a neck pillow, essential oils to rejuvenate your feet, and a cup of hot tea to finish the session. Absolute bliss!!
