My daughter’s birthday was yesterday, she turned 7. I took her to get her first Mani and pedi. The first place we went to the lady seemed put off and rude almost immediately, we left and went to Tran Nails. We were greeted with smiles and my daughter was treated so well, she felt so special on her birthday, couldn’t have imagined a better experience for her and our nails look beautiful!

I cannot speak highly enough about Tran, and Tran Nails in general. I first met Tran after a gel nail fill at another shop went horribly wrong, Tran stayed past her hours of operation to remove the bad fill work, put on a full new set and nail design. I have been going to her ever since! Each time I enter the salon I am warmly welcomed by Tran’s smiling face and her very well mannered fur baby. She is extremely attentive to her clients and wants them to be genuinely happy with their experience at her salon. The attention to detail she has is unmatched and my nails always look beautiful.

Scheduled an appointment to have a pedicure done yesterday. When I got there I was immediately greated by 2 large dogs. I’m a dog lover, it wouldn’t have been a problem except the dogs barking and their behavior approaching me was aggressive and made me extremely uncomfortable. I debated turning around and just leaving, but I have had my nails done by Tran before and know she is friendly and does excellent work so I decided to stay. The dogs finally stopped barking at me about 15 minutes after I got there. When I finally was able to sit for my pedicure I noticed the water was full of dog hair. Not very sanitary. The only reason I’m not leaving a 1 star review is because the service was friendly and my nails look great, however I think I will be going somewhere else from now on. Had I had a cut or something on my foot it would definitely have gotten infected from dirty water.
