I’ve been a faithful client for over 20 years, but today I’m looking for a new nail salon! Extremely rude technicians. I had an appointment and they allowed 3 white people to go before me. They didn’t greet me, answer my questions or anything. I’m extremely disappointed because I needed my nails done for a special event and now I have to either go somewhere unfamiliar or cut and polish my own nails. Such a disappointment.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe ladies were talking about customers language, one lady said something and the other looked at my nails and laughed. I asked what was said and the lady said nothing. Also my nails were not filed correctly, the polish is lumpy on both hands and has bubbles, they didn’t file or cut cuticles. Also i don’t know how i was charged 72. Also my nails were not filed correctly, the polish is lumpy on both hands and has bubbles, they didn’t file or cut cuticles. Also i don’t know how i was charged 72. Although they serviced me in a timely manner, the nail technician stopped doing my pedicure to service another client that arrived after me . Also, they raised their prices , but my mani/pedi was done to my satisfaction , my nails started chipping three days later; and I got gel polish on them . Nice quiet place. Seating is limited, as far as people waiting there turn. I got a pedicure and manicure done, for a wedding I am attending.
