I came here for the first time for a massage with Chamad, and the whole experience from start to finish was great! The check in process is smooth and fast. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing throughout. All the staff was so nice, Chamad was very kind. Complimentary coffee and wine while you wait is a nice touch. The spa was very clean. They have a nice locker room for you to change and they do have lockers you can keep your things in and lock for safekeeping. If you’re looking to be pampered and feel very relaxed, this is the place for you. I will definitely be back
