I’ve been a loyal customer here for years and the service has always been great. In the time I’ve been coming here I’ve never once had to cancel an appointment the day of, but I had a situation where I woke up with what looked like a highly contagious skin condition of the day of a massage appointment. I called as soon as they opened to cancel out of concern of potentially spreading something to the massage therapist. I’m aware of their cancellation policy, but I was hoping an exception could be made since I was trying to do the right thing. Unfortunately they weren’t willing to make an exception and charged me for 50% of the service. Hopefully that money was worth the loss of all my future business.

Revised 2/7 – Ownership of this spa has recently changed and customers were not notified of the management change. I just did a facial service and it was great but have decided to go elsewhere for massages. My last massage here was not good.

I was very disappointed with this spa. I don’t often spoil myself with spa services, they are expensive and finding time for myself is not easily done. The spa is very run down. The staff was very nice but they don’t wear uniforms which overall looks very unprofessional. Especially given how much you are spending on services. I was not offered a robe. The massage table was cheap and old, much like the appearance of the room. The vinyl was flaking off the mattress and it was very hard and uncomfortable so my back was aching by the end of the service. The esthetician while knowledgeable and very nice, was wearing jeans and a hoodie and smelled strongly of weed. The room was a mess when the service was over and they don’t offer you a glass of water afterwards. They are charging services at the same price point as that of Woodhouse Spa or the spa at the Don Cesar, both of which are in another league of service compared to this place. Spending a lot of money on a bad experience is not worth it.

New owners do not care about their customers. It’s such a shame. It used to be a great spa with good facials, but it has totally gone downhill and they don’t seem to care.

The space itself was nice. My bf and I got a couples massage and the room was calming and relaxing. The masseuses were decent, however, we booked a 60min massage and only received about 45minutes or so after filling out paperwork, waiting, and changing into robes in the bathroom. I don’t think it was necessarily worth the money we paid.

I spent the majority of my time with Wendy who was super nice and attentive. She gave me space when I needed, she explained everything she was using, all around she did an amazing job!The only issue I really had was the massage…okay so when I booked they give you the names of who you will be with at certain times, so I was expecting Wendy and my massage was supposed to be done by I believe they had Olga typed in. But I end up with Victoria, she was nice, was very very soft spoken so I really couldn’t hear what she was saying to me. The massage, so the pressure she used on my back and my arms was perfect but when it came to my legs and feet it felt like I was being tickled. And while I know I could ask for more pressure it just felt weird that I would have steady pressure immediately on my back but my legs and feet immediately had light pressure?Overall the experience was beautiful and it was definitely thanks to Wendy.First off this was a beautiful experience. She went above and beyond during my service making sure I was comfortable and treating my areas of discomfort. She seemed to genuinely care about reducing my pain and even gave me great tips of what I could do at home to help. I recently had Elena and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond during my service making sure I was comfortable and treating my areas of discomfort.
