Tranquility Spa & Massage is a locally owned business that brings a new meaning to relaxation and healing through our devotion to free the mind and body of stress and tension. With our healing touch and attention to wellness, clients will leave the Spa with a feeling of serenity and a higher knowledge of the benefits of our services. Tranquility Spa & Massage offers several different types and durations of massage, facials, dermaplane, spray tan, waxing and lash and nail services. We offer massage packages, gift certificates and can accommodate groups if the party groups far enough in advance. Tranquility’s desk hours are Monday – Friday 11am-1pm. Sessions are by appointment.

I had a facial with Erica yesterday, and oh my goodness, what a relaxing experience! Best. Facial. Ever. She took so much time. My face looks so amazing and smooth today! I researched online and scheduled a day of tranquility, spa package for myself and my sister. We arrived early as we were instructed, and we had completed all forms online before hand. We did not understand that this was a package of services provided by all independent parties beforehand. The result was a disjointed and uncomfortable experience. Not a single person who interacted with us introduced themselves. The massage therapist that worked on both my sister and myself was abrupt and gave the sense to us that she did not want to work on either me or my sister, which results in a strange disconnect, when you’re getting a professional therapeutic massage,. It was not good. We have both experienced with a good professional, therapeutic massage can be in the past, and this was not it We arrived in a good mood with an open heart for this experience. We left feeling like we had been an inconvenience, and that we had been rushed through the process . While there may be individuals here who are doing good work as I read from other reviews, I would advise against a package based on my experience. Overall, I would say this was awkward and unprofessional, like arriving at a lemonade stand when you think you’re going to a four-star restaurant.

My message therapist, Celeste, cancelled on me 10 minutes before my session. I drove an hour and a half to come to this appointment. Also was left hanging stating maybe she could find someone to replace her but instead of messaging me back no she just sends a cancellation email. Unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I was actually at prim lashes and spa located in same building and they are top notch. Best lashes in town they use niva lash or her hyper allergenic glue she has had created by a chemist for pwople with sensitive eyes. This is who u want doing ur lashes she is the best. Ask for kristy oakland she is the owner she also carries her own activwear line for great prices and she has many aales this activwear is for bigs and lils and makes your body look poppin.
