I started my spa treatment with a facial that was so relaxing and left my face glowing. The staff were so friendly and professional and made me feel like a queen for the day. Next I had a pedi/manicure and again was very relaxing and feet and hands were pampered like never before. And the last part of my spa day was getting my haircut and styled. I have recommended Tranquility Spa to my friends and coworkers.

Went to Tranquility with a friend a couple of months ago. We were celebrating our birthdays with a day of pampering. The facial was fantastic, but the massage was so horrible that it made the whole experience nightmarish. I actually asked the massage lady how much time was left because I wanted to leave so badly. I feel bad for the facial lady because she was very good. She deserves to work in a better establishment! I should have sent the massage therapist my chiropractor’s bill!

Confident that they are taking every safety & sanitizing precaution. Massage & facial were excellent. Will now be monthly regulars. This location is beautiful! Well-worth the short drive from Sherman. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this wonderful facility. The professional staff were very courteous, friendly and knowledgable. The environment was welcoming, well organized and very clean. Have only experienced the “tension tamer” massage thus far, (thank you again, Hanna), and it was such an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Will definitely be returning to this awesome place.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityVery bad experience with this spa. Purchased 2 gift cards in December of 2019 as xmas presents. I attempted to use them August of 2020. My wife was pregnant and so I requested on August 27th if one of the gift cards could be modified for a prenatal massage. That ask went back and forth for 2 weeks. By the time I got a response, the earliest availability for a prenatal massage was October 24th. I was informed by the person on the phone that the delay was due to them “having issues with COVID”.On September 29th I reached out to the owner requesting a refund for our gift cards for two reason. 1) My wife would be another month pregnant by the time of the available massage (making her 8 months at that point & 2) I didn’t feel comfortable taking my pregnant wife to a spa experiencing issues with COVIDAs of today, November 13th I have finally received my refund for the gift cards. The owner responded to my refund email inquiry on September 29th, then never responded to my email follow ups on Oct 13th, 21st or 27th. I’ve also called multiple times as well for updates.After a lot of back and forth today, I was told that my refund was sent to a paypal account that I did not have. I was also told the refund was sent a few weeks ago. The person on the phone sent me the email verification for the refund and the transaction date was November 12th and the email they sent it to didn’t match mine.This spa was very unprofessional. They failed to provide timely follow ups and lied about when a refund was processed as well as sent the money to the wrong place. Very disappointedVery bad experience with this spa. I’ve been here several times and always enjoyed my massages. The spa itself is clean and cozy, and their lotion line that is also used in the massages smell and feel nice. Recently it feels like there has been some change in the massage therapist lineup, but I think the changes have been good. I have a more pain related need for massage and they are good at listening to my body complaints and using variable pressure. The only reason I am docking a star is because it’s next to impossible to get an appointment. No hours after 5 during the week, and if you want a Saturday appointment you’d better schedule it at least a month in advance if not more. They also don’t use an online scheduling system so you have to call in. They can sometimes be busy so you might play several rounds of phone tag (they always call back though). I really wish they would have at least one weekday of extended hours for us 8-5ers, or a self serve booking system.

I have been to Tranquility Spa a few times. I’m a huge fan! Every time I go, the staff is full of positivity and warmth and makes you feel so special. The new location is beautiful! The services provided always go above and beyond any average spa. So glad they are here in the Texoma area. It’s a place you will never forget 🙂

Had a very relaxing day there, started out with a mani-pedi, then had a massage and a facial. One of the best days I can remember. The owner developed and made the lotions, scrubs, etc. that were used in the spa, and they are heavenly. Will definitely make time to go back for more spa treatments!
