I have been here several times for hot stone massages. Barbara and Regina are both wonderful and I would recommend either one of them for a massage. They seem to have a deal running most of the time which is awesome. Facilities are nice and clean. The massage rooms are very relaxing. They also offer facials and nail services but I haven’t gotten any of those services yet. I can’t seem to schedule anything but a massage for my visits because they are so good!

April is amazing! I’ve never been a spa person and the first time I went to tranquility I was hooked. I felt so comfortable and April always walked me through everything she was doing AND suggested to help my skin. April truly cares about her clients and business and even goes above and beyond to make my crazy schedule work with hers. She has met me at 8pm for a last minute spray tan, fixed my eyebrows completely from a horrible microblading job, and also has worked really hard on healing my skin from severe acne. I recommend her to everyone!!!

Terrible, worst customer service ever. Tried to schedule our massage for over 2 months. When you call no one ever answers and will take days to call you back. When we finally did get a day scheduled which I had to take a day off work for. They called us 30 minutes before we were supposed to be there. Which we were already almost there. And cancelled our appointment. Long story short after 2 months we never got our massage and cancelled we are going somewhere else.
