I am a senior who’s face is blessed with few wrinkles and I was looking for a new place to get my hair maintained. I walked in and there was a box to the left of the front counter, some around the side and behind. The person at the front desk continued opening and pulling out items. I initiated the greeting giving my appointment time. Still no response, as a stylist, who was the owner and to be mine, walked over and confirmed my appointment.Two stylists on my way to get shampooed were very condesending. I felt uncomfortable, I believe because of my age. I was treated like I didn’t belong. My hair color request was to camouflage the grey using different shades of grey. When I left my hair was completely dark (black dark) with no variant shades of grey. After this horrific experience, shortly after I had imy hair all cut off. This place is overpriced for its service. They were super nice to clients coming in. I suggest to put a sign on the door saying ‘welcome all under 40’.

Very uncomfortable sometimes when you are trying to find a new salon. No one works at the desk to greet you. Couple hair stylists working but no one acknowledges you. Got up and left 10 minutes after my appointment was so supposed to start. Atmosphere was lacking style.

I used to buy hair products here & knew the owners to be friendly & helpful. Went in today looking for something new to help style my hair. I was neither greeted, acknowledged nor was I offered assistance. I left without making a purchase dt unfriendly vibe. Beauty salons can even be busy & still be welcoming & friendly. Tranquility was not busy, it was not welcoming or friendly. I will not return

Hello Tranquility!!! 5 days per week your customers are lost at your OLD LOCATION. You need to tell Google maps that 320 Bath Road is not 409. The tool sends everybody a few miles east of your location.
