This place took advantage of my children. They quoted us one price at the door with exact details of what we wanted for my girls and they had the audacity, once I stepped out, to overcharge them. They also decided to put their hands on them and firmly walk them to the register area. I was disgusted with their disrespect and terrible customer service. My daughter left with a cut and blood stains as well. This place is an embarrassment. I would not recommend for anyone to get any services here.

Not professional. Lied to my face about providing the service they couldn’t give. Nail tech had attitude when I tried to confirm she was doing what I asked. Very condescending. Won’t be returning. Safe to say all the other reviews I read should’ve given me the idea it wasn’t going to live up to expectations. Had to drive another 30 minuets to have another salon redo the nails.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDO NOT GO HERE! First off this place is overpriced. This wouldn’t be a problem if the quality was equally high, but it certainly is not. I went in for acrylic nails with gel polish. My nails were different lengths and the acrylic was not smooth. Then a day after getting my nails done, the top layer of gel peeled off all my nails and left me with a wet and sticky layer of polish. I went back and was told the lady who did my nails was not in and I would have to come back another day because none of the other nail techs would get paid for fixing my nails. I insisted they fix my nails because I was not walking around with sticky nails. They finally agreed but I waited 45 mins and was passed around to 3 different people because no one wanted to fix my nails. After finally sitting down to get them done, I was rushed through and hurt multiple times by the drill. I paid $63 for medium length stiletto nails and left diffapointed both times. Do not go here. Critical: Quality, ValueSo I thought the experience was very nice. The people were very nice and didn’t seem mean at all. But when I left my nails looked so bad. The girl that did them botched them they’re very lumpy the polish is incorrect and in the end it looks like there’s a bubble on one of my nails. I went there when it first opened and they were great, the service was great and my nails looked fantastic. However this time that I went they looked horrible. Not not to mention the price, they are very overpriced. I could see if my nails looked some what decent but they don’t. So I thought the experience was very nice. The people were very nice and didn’t seem mean at all. But when I left my nails looked so bad. The girl that did them botched them they’re very lumpy the polish is incorrect and in the end it looks like there’s a bubble on one of my nails. I went there when it first opened and they were great, the service was great and my nails looked fantastic. However this time that I went they looked horrible. I’ve gotten my nails done here twice and overall they did an okay job. I’ve gone to better places in Middletown. I feel that the prices are to high for what you get. Normally I spend $45 for a full set and gel polish. Here I spend $80 with tip for the exact same thing.

The woman did a terrible job on my gel manicure. First she insisted the it wasn’t just gel polish on my nails, she thought they were tips because they were outgrow and I have thick nails. She filed my nails so thin that she actually burnt me and I had to pull my hand away! A week later and I have to keep filing my nails because they are breaking. Never again. They are also way overpriced.

I’ve been to the place a few times and the end results always seem the same… just ok. They have nice products, however, only 1 or 2 technicians that know what they are doing and that is not the worst part. The person sitting up front is rude! She constantly turns people away then accepts them when the boss comes… it foolishness. It’s bad business. This place is too expensive to have such bad vibes and poor skills!
