I’ve been going to Annette for a while now and I’ll never go to anyone else. She takes the time to figure out how she can help you and make you feel better by the end of the session. I feel so energized after each massage because she does an amazing job. It can be difficult to get an appointment with her because she is very popular, but she offers extendes booking for all her clients so you can book that same time every session which is awesome!

Stay away from this place. It is a one man operation and Annette has zero customer service skills! Bought a groupon and you better make an appointment now in January 2020 If you want her to see you in the fall. I literally asked her if there was a possibility to be seen sooner that I had been going through a rough couple of days and I wanted to lift my spirits and she couldn’t care less, empathy NONE. She just kept asking for the voucher which is ODD for services that are 6 months later, (erm NO) and when I kindly inquired about it she started talking about being scammed before and how she is cancelling the appointment all together. Well there goes my attempt to lift my spirits, dealing with an unprofessional business owner. She’ll see word spreads around fast and the groupon hype would be over after the many customers complaints. And I have all the email receipts, I might copy paste later. Btw I see groupon and genbook wont allow to place a review if she cancelled the appointment that’s why she is SO RUDE about it. But google is the number one reviews source that people trust and not the only one, I’m still calling Groupon tomorrow, I’m sure I’m not the only customer so.

I purchased two vouchers from groupon for my mother and sister for Mothers day to get a massage here. The information on Groupon stated that you can only schedule on Wednesday and Thrusday, which was fine. However, a fews day after mothers day when they tried to schedule an appt they were unable too. The next available appts are all the way in November, ofcourse after the voucher expires. There’s numerous massage places in Charlotte and surrounding areas, who wants to buy a massage voucher thinking you can get service now or within the next few weeks, only to be advised that you can’t and she advised me shes booked, but to contact groupon to get my money back and there is no way to speak to anyone in groupon, which I’m sure she knew that, and groupon only issue refunds within 3 days of your purchase. If you cannot provide the service stop taking people’s money. YOU ARE BOOKED ALL THE WAY UNTILL THE END OF NOVEMBER.

I got a Groupon back in April 2017 and they didn’t have any appts available until November 2017. Annette Thompson told me she’d try to work something out and fit me in, she never did. I’m stuck with a voucher that I can’t use because it expires this month and now she doesn’t have any appointments until March 2018. I called Ms. Thompson a few days ago to see if she would still figure something out, she never called me back. Terrible customer service and I wouldn’t recommend her business.

I understand things happen and plans changed, but the owner had a bad attitude and was unprofessional. I bought my massage on groupon in April 2016, they were booked and the earliest I could get was October 2016. The night before my appointment i got a voicemail at 8pm saying they had to cancel and reschedule due to illness and would call back next week to reschedule. i did miss the call the next week but i called back the week after to reschedule, no one answered and i left 2 voicemail’s.
