I’d score zero if it were available. Horrible & typical nail salon. Can’t follow direction. Refuse to listen. Then gaslight you when you’re unhappy with their performance. Completely overpriced. I’ll NEVER patron this place again. If this is the best that Buffalo has to offer then I feel sorry for the lot of you! This was NOT worth the time nor the money & energy spent to go here. I will have to go get a polish change on both my nails and toes. More money spent. Below is what was asked of them and what was delivered. I’m a fairly reasonable amd understanding individual, but do NOT make me seem problematic because you cannot follow clear instructions

I had not gotten my nails done in YEARS and had very little idea of what I wanted. Hanna was incredibly friendly, honest, professional, and ended up helping me decide on a full set that I LOVE. For the money my friend and I paid to get our nails done I feel like they should have lasted a lot longer than a week. I got a full set and my nails are lifting my friend got a gel manicure and the gel polish was coming off 3 days after. I’ve come here quite a few times in the past and the work was amazing but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Whenever I get my manicure, Tammy does my nails. She always does an amazing job! The whole staff is very polite and courteous. Of many nail places I have been to, this one is by far the best! They also have the color changing nail polish that i get everytime! I’m obsessed and haven’t seen it in any other salon! They change color from hot to cold. This is light teal to royal blue. Today I got my first pedicure and it was by far AMAZING!

My mom and I went there and the service was great and fast. They were super nice and attentive, they also made an effort about asking us about our day. We both got acrylics and they made sure we liked the shape and length every step of the way. I personally have gotten acrylics done at a lot of places and this was by far the best place and very clean. I would be a regular if I didn’t live two hours away.

So far I’ve went there twice, first time amazing, a little thin on my full set but turned out decently strong lasted almost a full month. Second time was ok, I had to get a new set on one hand and all of my nails have a gap between my natural and acrylic nail. I can’t be to mad cause my nails are fairly flat and are hard to get a set on unless you know how to do it right (first girl I had did it right, second did not) Ladies are really nice though and open late. I would recommend.
