I had an amazing massage here on Saturday. It was so relaxing I pretty much fell asleep and didn’t really want to leave. Afterwards my body felt renewed . Will definitely be visiting again!!! The staff was also friendly.

Called and made an appointment day of for two, I was accommodated with a great appointment time for such short notice. Me and the person I came with loved our massage and were very pleased with our service. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The price’s were ideal and I feel I got my moneys worth. Side note tipping is customary and you should thoughtfully tip well considering we’re in a pandemic. I will definitely be back. The only thing I would want to see improve is that maybe the buisness owner consider adding doors to the location to shut out the noise from the mall, to completely relax.

Got a gift certificate for my birthday, got a massage they did my hands and fingers and I heard a crack now it has been days and on Easter we almost had to have my wedding bands cut off, luckily we used Olive oil. They charge you for a massage and then once you to pay a tip. I took my husband there for his birthday paid for the massage and he tells me when he come out they’re looking at him telling him I didn’t give them a tip he had to pay them a tip don’t do that to people that’s rude if somebody feels your service is the best then they will provide you with a tip

I have had massages in the past (many years ago) at other spas, this was my first time at Tranquility. I must say the lady was nice on the phone. My experience was different. I told the lady when I arrived that I wanted a 30 min massage. I told her that I wanted the full body hot stone massage. Let’s just say whatever masage she did was soooooo painful. She didnt do the front of my body. She only did neck, back, top of arms, back of legs. I asked for her to do my hands all she did was pull my fingers by the knuckles. It hurted so bad i said ooh that hurt, she just laughed. After it was over, she said it’s over and she left. She didnt ask if I needed help getting up. I was in so much pain, it took me a while to get up. When I came out she was ready for my money. I was reading the signs that were posted in the shop. I asked her what massage did u give me. She responded a swedish massage. I responded I wanted a full body hot stone massage. She said she cant do a full body massage in 30 minutes, but had to be 60 mins. I told her why didnt she say that because originally I was going to do 60 minutes. She said she thought everybody know that when they come in. REALLY!!!! Come on everybody if this is your first time in that place how would you know that. I basically told her that. She said next time I can do a full body massage for 60 mins. I told her it wont be a next time. I told her I dont plan on coming back, that massage hurt. It was soooooo painful I couldn’t relax. They have music playing in the shop then u also hear the music playing in the mall, too

I got a 30 min massage, the next day i woke up so sore i couldn’t move, when i would breathe my whole back hurt. I went and spoke to the owner and all she could tell me is that the pain and stiffness will go away in a few days. Definitely do not recommend this place.
