Owner refuses service (not yet rendered) because they did not have my credit card on file to charge me for a service they NEVER performed! On their website there are instructions to cancel an appointment, yet NO LINK to do so. I informed the girl that called about this issue and that I have been very I’ll the last few days and all they were concerned about was having a credit card on file, well no problem my $150 GIFT CARD will be spent elsewhere, definitely not here.

This place is amazing , they are professional and great massage, best I ever had. And of course you need to give credit card on file but at least you don’t have be charged every month like massage envy. Anywhere you go even hotel you have to give credit card for incase you don’t show up make sense to me. What an idiot if you think you don’t, oh well but maybe your negative comments just show that you usually do that. All I know is this place is a step above everywhere else and I go there on regular basis.

The best massage experience ever! The owner and staff here, are top notch. They all have such an intuitive knowledge of the muscular system, and how all the muscles interact with each other, that I’ve never experienced with any other massage therapists. I trust the staff here as much as I would the best medical professional, probably even more. (I have a chronic condition, that requires regular massage therapy….I’ve been receiving regular treatments for over 15 years, and this is the best therapy, I’ve ever encountered.). The staff is extremely professional, courteous, and sweet. And the whole environment is peaceful, tranquil, and beautiful to the senses. (Just like the name suggests. ). I highly recommend.
