I like the spa, the kind staff and the atmosphere. What I don’t like is that my massages were cut short the last two times. I noticed that while I arrived on time, I had to wait several minutes before the therapist showed up and then several minutes in the room again for her to return. The massage always ended exactly 60/75 minutes (as booked) after the official start date, cutting my massage at least 10 minutes short from what i paid for last time. I left a review to the spa with that information as well, but never heard back. I personally won’t be back because I didn’t like how that was handled. Still giving 4 stars because other than not getting what I paid for, I always liked it there

Mo dyed my hair and I’m in love! I found her on Instagram (thebrave.redhead) and I really liked her work. To be honest, I was super wary of getting it dyed when majority of people on her instagram weren’t Asian, and my hair has never been dyed by someone other than my mom… but when she talked the process over w me (including prices- she didn’t want to give me surprises) I knew I was in great hands.

This was my first time at Tranquility Day Spa as I followed my hair stylist of 6 years – Tori Henson – who recently moved to this lovely salon. I’ve always been very particular about my hair so when I find a good stylist, I stick with them:) I was very impressed – the staff was very warm and welcoming, the salon & spa are beautifully decorated & they offer a long list of amenities. As always, Tori did a *beautiful* job (full foil highlight & trim) on my hair!
