Critical: ProfessionalismI usually go to another esthetician, but I received a gift for a facial. The facial was nice. The products were organic and smelled great. The reason I am giving two stars is because I felt like Jody was judging my skin care routine. I recently changed shampoo/conditioner and I had a bad break out. She told me my skin was terrible and that I was really congested. It made me feel extremely insecure and uncomfortable. She continued to refer to this the entire session. She offered a combination of treatments that would have cost me $90. I asked if I could do one of them and she told me she would only do either all of them or none of them at all. This was a gift facial. My boyfriend was told that the facial was equal to $80. Jody told me it equaled $40. I shouldn’t have to spend an extra $100 for enhancements on a facial. I would love to do just one of those, but I wasn’t given that option. Her assistant was sweet. However, I will not be returning. I don’t care if you studied in Germany for two years.
