Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismNEVER GOING BACK I am a senior have been going here for many many years.The Owner answered the phone my regular girl was not there owner said I am free come over. My hair is very short, the hair cut was just okay nothing special !☆I was SHOCKED she overcharged me 110% over my normal rate for a short hair cut !!!She never told me on the phone when I made the apt. that the price would be SO MUCH MORE…She never even mentioned money on the phone.When I said there must be a mistake she said this is the price & I cut your hair already so you must pay.I didn’t have enough money on me I had to call a friend to bring it to me. When I walked out front to get it the owner said your not gonna run off are you!!! I was stunned by her comment Everyone in the waiting area got up & left.I felt I was being taken advantage of by not being told the price in advance on the phone or before my hair was cut !!A younger women waiting there said she does this all the time charges seniors extra !!!I will not go back & my friends all said the same thing.
