Every experience I have had in this salon has been amazing quality and service. You’re not just another customer here and it is the perfect place to relax after a long day of work or in between running errands. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis review is for R. Scott. Dear Mr. Scott, since you were not present when this conversation happened I don’t know why you are writing the review. Your wife called you from the Spa and asked you to bring the gift certificate which you refused her. As far as yelling at my Massage Therapist, that never happened I don’t know where you got that idea from. Yes Tamara did receive the tip that was added to the gift certificate. If you or your wife went to a restaurant and ate a meal and when it came time to pay the bill you told the owner that you had a gift certificate but did not bring it how far do you think you would get. As far as your wife showing me the gift certificate on her phone that never happed either. I was quite kind to her and told her that I would excuse it one time only. Your credit card was on file as it was required to reserve the massage appointment however it was not charged as was my right to do. The gift certificate clearly states that it must be presented at the time of service and your wife was told that the gift certificate must be presented at the time of the service when the massage was booked with Tamara.This review is for R.
