Marti from Tranquil Waters was very unprofessional, she hung up on me twice then text saying I was a deadbeat. She must be having a bad day, but I am not going to be treated that way. We only had a conversation because one of her therapists didn’t renew their contract with my insurance company (didn’t tell me) and I am trying to file an appeal to my insurance for payment. I only called to ask what the dates of service were.
